Over the past few years, LMS development, learning design, and digital learning strategy have been my main focus.
I have worked with many organisations globally, developing, configuring, and troubleshooting LMSs, drafting, designing, and creating eLearning courses, motivating, supporting, and training people, analysing, automating, and managing data, and so on and so forth. 😉
My journey to date has allowed me to explore many elements of digital learning, and introduced me to a new passion and interest, in ensuring digital learning content is delivered the right way. Once in motion, this results in a visible and measurable difference within an organisation’s workforce, no actually, in society as a whole, so I remain determined to keep things moving! 😀
